This restaurant serves authentic Thai food, the flavors are not adjusted for American tastes.

I highly recommend this restaurant. There are many dishes that can be customized. My go-to dish is the pad see ew, which I order at least once a week (I ask for vegetarian sauce and no egg). The scallion pancakes are excellent and are vegan by default. The spring rolls are also great!

They make all their curries without fish sauce and I ordered Thai iced tea without milk.
