Chipotle Mexican Grill - Norwood

In general, the restaurant serves good food. However, the staff will start ignoring customers 30 minutes before closing time. They close at 10 o’clock and may even turn people away with the excuse "online orders only". There is no signage indicating this policy. I was also informed that I couldn't eat my food if it was in a to-go container. The food was tasty, but the service was lacking.

They can count on this place to either screw their order or not eat enough. last night from the app ordered and they must have mixed my order with someone else because when I opened the bowl, it was not what I ordered. how ever. not even close. the label with all the ingredients on the outside of the lid was correct, but somehow the content in the dish was not. Maybe the one who managed to make me just what they felt like eating. I wouldn't surprise myself with this place.

The people who worked here were nice enough, but there was little food and it does not seem to have been cleaned for a few days. really disappointing.

Very clean! friendly staff and very fast on the orders. eating is always fresh and good quality control all around! I will definitely go back!

This place is disgustingly dirty, staff is rude and couldn't careless that multiple customers are upset. But let's up minimum wage again
