My blended family come here almost weekly. I find the staff courteous and helpful. the meals are reasonably priced and the atmosphere fine.

Good Food to be enjoyed in an enclosed patio or in a bright light restaurant... Nice assortment on the menu and adjoining bottle shop.

I could not comment on other items on the menu, as we went specifically for the Steak Night, and we were so glad we did!Fabulous value! $12 for a t bone or porterhouse steak with salad (very pleasant) and chips (really good chips)...you can order a pepper or mushroom steak or gravy for an extra $2. And it's all delicious!Great value that doesn't compromise quality .

This place has generally given a feeling of a locals only are welcome vibe- with the few loving it and others who can take or leave it. I wouldn't say snobby but perhaps an aloofness... anyway, just visited using entertainment card...25% off total bill!! And what surprise...brilliant customer service from waiting and behind bar staff... we waited a little too long for food but when it came out it was cooked well and fresh... a good extensive menu with a matching wine list... husbands impressive rib eye was a little over cooked (med) he likes Ned/rare... but that was it. Everything else was great! The staff friendliness and service however was a standout! Although my husband declined they also offered him a free drink as compensation... no so common these days...and... like Europe they offer free fresh warmed dinner rolls... well done Britannia! You are in a great location...capitalise on it! Thanks to Lilly who is a superstar!

Out on a date night we visited the Britannia. Meals were large, so no desert. Staff polite but not overly friendly, many were young. Lots of 50+ in attendance.They have special nights which were well priced too and many nearby were enjoying the roast of the day. Drink prices were reasonable. Room was clean and tidy. Outside in the courtyard was a huge screen suitable for big sporting events. Parking was tight and not enough for the size of the pub. We parked down the road and walked.
