El Taco Loco - Norwich

Love taco laco. I feel tired. the best day was when I ate a burrito while I admire the physicals of your employees.

I visited the restaurant on a quiet afternoon. There was only one female staff member serving, and it took a long time for the two customers in front of me to be served. The staff member did not greet customers in a friendly manner. I observed some concerning hygiene practices, such as handling money, wiping her nose, and serving food without washing her hands. The food took a long time to be prepared and was served cold. The hot food counter had cross contamination issues, and some items were out of stock. The portion sizes were inconsistent, and the drinks were weak and flat. Overall, the food was bland and below average. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the slow service, unenthusiastic staff, cold and bland food, hygiene concerns, confusing menu, and lack of stock.

Absolutely abysmal service. No smiles no guacamole no doughnut chimiccuros? Chicken semi warm and asked for salsa but non on plate. Worst meal I've had for ages!!!

Stopped for lunch, had Burrito's and they are huge! Very tasty with a lot of choice. Service with a smile too and the Taco bowls looked superb, must go back and try one!

My husband and I decided to try out El Taco Loco for a late lunch before heading to the cinema. We were looking for a change from the usual fast food options like Burger King and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of food you got for your money. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a taco bowl and my husband had a burrito, both of which were very filling and kept us satisfied for the rest of the evening. We will definitely be returning to El Taco Loco the next time we are in Norwich.
