Caspian Pizza - Norwich

I ordered a basic chicken sandwich and cheese fries at 3:15 pm, expecting a quick service since it was not too busy. However, I finished my meal at 5:25 pm after multiple phone calls to the restaurant. I even asked the delivery driver to hurry up. The food tasted horrible, the packaging was dirty, and the fries were soggy. The only good part of the meal was the coke bottle.

I ordered the solo plus deal, consisting of a 9" margarita plus a quarter-pounder burger, chips and a sodadose. After 2 hours, food arrived. was very inconspicuous and my drink was warm, pizza tasted terrible and my burger was burned and looked thrown together, finally insecure to eat. will not be ordered again. terrible experience and waste of money.

This place definitely does not deserve any stars. We ordered burgers and pizza and were incredibly disappointed. It took an hour just to leave the restaurant, and then another hour for our food to be delivered. The burgers were awful - the meat was chewy, the ketchup watery, and the salad wilted. To make matters worse, we were given the wrong pizza, and it arrived cold and hard.

The food was delicious and quick when I needed it the most. Finding this restaurant open at midnight on a Tuesday night was a blessing. The burgers were tasty, with plenty of fresh lettuce. I would definitely go back again.

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I have ordered a student deal for 12€, the pizza is good, the burger is good and they also contain fries that are not in the deal. there is also a drink
