Saltwater Sono Restaurant Bar - Norwalk

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The atmosphere, the music, the service, and the food were all exceptional. The pumpkin martini is a must-try — it’s amazing! Definitely worth the trip.

Fantastic brunch menu! The front of the restaurant was open, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a lovely setting. The burger and eggs benedict were both incredibly tasty and delicious! I definitely want to return to sample other items on the menu!

I visited Norwalk again for the Oyster Festival and stopped by this restaurant for lunch with two friends. We ordered cocktails, which arrived quickly and were expertly crafted. For our meals, one friend had the chicken Caesar salad, another chose the lobster ravioli with shrimp, and I opted for the Brussels sprout salad with chicken. I was initially hesitant to add chicken since grilled chicken can be hit or miss, but I’m so glad I did—the chicken was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, finishing everything with no leftovers. The food was fresh and the service was prompt, and we found ourselves discussing other menu items we’d like to try on our next visit. Everything that came out for other tables looked fantastic as well, such as the chicken Milanese, French fries, and lobster mac and cheese. We were seated by the open windows, and while a large party outside was quite loud, it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re in Norwalk or just passing through, and we will definitely return if we're in the area again. 10 out of 10!

Very poor experience. Ordered a drink and had staff explain to me that they didn’t know how to confirm that my state issued ID was real. Was treated like a minor trying to pull something over on someone, simply because I look younger than I am. Themanager was very rude and had me sign some intimidating form to /legally/ affirm that my information was correct, because THATis how much they did not want to believe my Government ID. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this. Willabsolutely never be returning again, and have made sure to tell everyone I know about this experience.

After a trip to the aquarium, we had an excellent meal with the family. It was early Sunday evening, and we happened to be there during happy hour, which was great because the drinks were half price, and so were the oysters! We ended up having threedozen oysters that were delicious! Our entrees were fabulous too, and the drinks and the service were great! Everyone was soattentive and friendly. We will be back the next time we're in the area!
