Rainbow Donuts (norwalk)

They are absolutely horrible. The lady that works in there is rude, unwelcoming, and acts like shes get out of bed everyday just to get her pay check and gives people bad service and a horrid aditude. I ask for a dollar worth of donut holes and she rolled her eyes and told me that they don't do that and it's 2.50 for a dozen.When I walk in there it's automatically claustrophobic because they have everything cramped and it's a very small placeI would never go back to that donut shop especially since the last time I went, I got donuts before school and ended up throwing them up and when I tried the donut spot again I threw up again but anywhere else I go I'm perfectly fine.

They always overcharge here. They will tell you a price and end up charging more than what they said. Has happened twice already keep a look out for that.

So first time i came here was back when i was 9, for around 18 years I've been coming here and there. The donuts are delicious and everything else as well, just recently i bought my son and myself a Starbucks bottled drink, both of them were opened and unsealed, we noticed until we got home unfortunately. And the customer service has been getting worse, i really hope they get it together and fix their customer service and keep an eye on their bottled drinks or something. Was going to put less stars but donuts are pretty good?

I didn’t feel welcomed even though they said “welcome.”I asked for a specific donut in the front and the lady was not pleased.The donuts here don’t have taste and feel dry compared to Top Donuts. That will be the only donut shop in town that I will be going to, even though I don’t eat them often.I don’t recommend this place.

I just ordered a few donuts on Uber Eats to settle a sugar craving. It's 9:30pm so I was not expecting fresh donuts. I was pleasantly surprised by what I received. The glazed twist is perfect. So happy to have a good donut shop here in Norwalk. Go get some or order some for delivery let's keep this place thriving!
