Baskin-robbins - Norwalk

After 10 PM, they stop serving food, which is quite frustrating. The staff didn't bother to communicate that they weren't making anything at that time. It's disappointing, especially since they advertise being open. It's unfortunate that they won't serve customers after 10; it feels like a missed opportunity. I would recommend staying away from this place until they either close earlier or hire someone who is willing to provide better service.

The server deserves 4 stars for her friendliness. However, the waffle and sugar cones were extremely stale, and we ended up having to throw away the ice cream. They really need to offer fresh cones!

This restaurant really needs to shut down. It’s infested with flies, including fruit flies. The donuts are never fresh, and the ice cream always has a gritty, greasy taste. The quality of everything is terrible. The staff is comprised of rude, young workers who seem more focused on their own schooling than on customer service. This place is destined to fail unless they make significant changes. I found a much better spot in Greenwich, CT; the food is fresh, and the service is outstanding.

If I could I would give this place zero star. The service is so bad, the workers don’t greet or talk to the customers. I was standing there for a while until someone ask what we wanted.
