Wendy's - Norton Shores

I had an excellent experience at Wendy's! The service was fantastic, and the food was warm and delicious. The staff were very friendly, and my family had a wonderful time enjoying our meal together. However, I returned for lunch and had a completely different experience. The chicken sandwich was fantastic, the fries were hot and flavorful, and the customer service was excellent. They really need a double drive-thru, though, as it gets pretty busy during lunchtime. Now I understand why— the lunch crew is clearly much more efficient than the breakfast staff.
