Little Caesars Pizza - Norton Shores

Apart from getting rid of the hot and ready, the earlier $6.36 and charge $8 dollars for a pizza that should give extra pepperoni what it does not, the pizza is usually overcooked. border on burned and very dry. The bead bag is never closed. We use to go here quite often, but now usually instead to McDonalds.

I went through the ride and was told wait 10-15 minutes. I tried to pay with a gift card and for the second time they were unable to find out how to run it. Just didn't say it. There must be a way to enter manually, but I was told no. I moved into a parking lot like so many others. After 45 minutes they came to all cars and got our orders back. I asked her how much longer and was told again 10-15 minutes. I said you told me that 45 minutes ago. He apologized and said they had all the new people in there and they're all young. This is a common excuse from them. I waited 15 minutes and called and told them they had to pay my money back because I had a toddler in the car who was hungry and was very restless. And I also told them that the lady parked next to me just went in and came out with her food and she came after me about 30 minutes. I was NOT happy! By the way, they came out a few minutes later with my food. It was a cold pizza, but at that point I couldn't wait anymore. I'm not going back to Henry Street. This service is ridiculous! And they do not even take orders on the menu board. They drove you to the window and they can still get things right. The menu is also outdated. They ask for things that are advertised on the menu and online and they say they don't wear it anymore. Very bad administration. You should approach to save the embarrassment.

I wait for 30 minutes for a hot and finished pizza, no one in front of me, waited 10 minutes in front of the window before someone even came to take my order as the Commune was down. Bad service I've ever had with a little Caeser.

Must have a cook back there cuz I literally only taste the best little caesars!! So much taste! LC-Arena couldn't even surpass this. Thanks to this crew for love

Nice young people working there. I waited awhile but thats ok because they got my order right. I always have patience when going out to eat. so I do appreciate the sign about, being nice to the people that showed up to work. I know that people can be jerks, so I really do appreciate that sign for them. keep up the good work guys!!!!!
