Applebee's Grill - Norton

Hostess was attentive. Server was friendly and our food came out quickly. Bathrooms were clean. Pain points were the mosquitoes all over the place. As well as the lack of strawberries on the strawberry balsamic chicken salad. The salad was topped with 6 half strawberries and no almonds were provided. Food tasted fine. Just expected more strawberries in a strawberry salad especially since it's priced 14.99 because of them. It was nice to have this Applebees available though in a more remote area.

Greedy. Ordered the chicken tenders platter and asked for ranch to dip with instead of honey mustard. I get the teeniest ramekin 1/2 full (not the size ramekin pictured) no honey mustard and got charged for the ranch! Watch out here for the ranch police ‍

If I could give this place no stars I would. They set their employees up for failure by having a staff that calls out all the time. The employees look wore out and cranky and who could blame them. The food was so bad I did send it back and got a burger instead of the rubber steak. The burger was also overcooked. It was almost tasteless and dry. The mood in the restaurants all depends on how short handed they are that day.

The service was very good . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was ok. I had the strawberry chicken salad. Big chain places like this are always hit or miss. The decor in this place was good, sort of a sports bar spot.

Food is good and the waiters are good but the manager is not that nice and food is kinda cold.
