Great staff and amazing pasta!! £9.95 for a 3 course lunch and it was so tasty. I visited Primo two years ago, and I am writing this review now because, to be honest, I had chosen to forget about the terrible experience. My family and I decided to try Primo for a budget-friendly pasta meal. While we weren't expecting a five-star experience, I often eat at other budget Italian restaurants that are consistently good. However, the customer service at Primo was awful. The waitress handled a simple request about a bottle on our table in a rude and disrespectful manner, making us feel uncomfortable for the rest of the meal. The utensils were dirty, but I didn't want to deal with the waitress again, so I didn't complain. The cannelloni I ordered had a strange aniseed flavor and the meat seemed to be of poor quality. I couldn't even eat half of it because it tasted so bad. We left without ordering coffee or dessert and do not plan on giving Primo another chance.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making for a pleasant dining experience.
