Worst burger I've had in years. I won't go on about the service cuzz I could tell they were trying. My mom liked her burger, but my niece took one bite of hers and left it.

Great food and drinks!! Our server, Hunter was OUTSTANDING!! The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing—it’s a great place for families. So happy that we have this Red Robin in our neighborhood!!

Looked really understaffed every empty table had dirty dishes on them. Never got any second order of fries even tho we kept asking for them. Food was ok nothing you can't get at a fast food drive threw..

First time here and the food and customer service was excellent, I will be back ? Parking: It's located near the mall so there's plenty of parking!!

The staff was so nice, our waiter was great. I wish I could remember his names! eating was good and plentiful. I ordered the delivery from here before, but never ordered the mile high muddy cake because I thought it wouldn't transport well. I was thrilled to try it since we were fed, but the waiter said they were no longer on camp and had three weeks. I owe it to the persistent supply chain. because this location is located in the shopping center northridge, there were many parking spaces and we waited only about 3 minutes to take the spot. the place was clean, but there was a girl that showed up directly at our table while we were sitting there, and there was no quick sweep. a person in our party was really upset. She should just sweep if nobody's at the table. other than that, great experience. I will certainly continue to have made deliveries and occasionally dinate.
