My family has been going to cakes of karen since the 90s. they are never disappointed, and their daughters are absolutely amazing and sweet, and they have always helped me when I was in a bind. the best part is that they always remember me when I come in and when someone calls to order my birthday cake, they already know what I want.

I bought a van of cakes by karen and they stumbled it back I even had the bulls listen to our phone call saying that they would return the van if I paid them more money they did this to several people

I called for sex detection cupcakes and they had made them available for me the same day, just as I asked for them. they tasted and looked fantastic.

For the birthday of my daughter was ordered a 3-D cake. show up to get the cake and see a regular cake with just one photo. then I was told that her 3-D cake decorator only works on Thursday, which is definitely something I should have said when I ordered the cake. if I had known I had regular cake, I would have gone somewhere else. I love how the gentleman helped me check out. this place is an absolute sweat. they know as soon as they get the day when they need the cake, so they get their money anyway, who cares when the men's days rain due to their lack of care for their customers.

Cake was delicious, but it was literally just a round cake colored in green food coloring and a grinch fondant face. It was $100! And what was more frustrating is I asked how many this cake would serve they said 12-15 and that was true if I was serving huge pieces, so I really could have gotten away with half the size of this cake. I could of let this all go, but when I called to pay and finalize the design I talked to Karen, and boy was she rude! The other women I talked to there were super nice and helpful. Karen just had a nasty attitude. So I will not be returning for an over priced simple cake and rudeness from the owner.
