Tacoasis - Northfield

Husband and I were on the way home and decided to come here to grab some tacos. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 soft shells and 2 hard tacos. Guy said, we are out of ground beef, so we had to select pork or chicken. We chose pork, but when driving up to the window, it was a lot more expensive, so my husband asked. The guy said the pork is more expensive, a dollar more per taco. It wasn 't our fault they ran out of beef. Why should we pay the higher amount when we would have never chosen pork to begin with? He also said we were the last customers. Most places would have substituted and not charge the higher price.

Cute little place! Quick service, and darn good food! The food is great and the staff is friendly! Parking: Nice patio! Ample parking.

This place has had the best and most unique tasting Tex-Mex fast food for decades and is still just as good, or better. The new owners keep it very clean. I don't know how it hasn't franchised.
