Rosati's Frozen Custard - Northfield

The best frozen custard in Cleveland! Luckily, its only location is near us. I'm a huge fan of the Highbee's chocolate malted.

Consistently amazing! This is a fantastic spot for families, but just a heads up—the parking lot is small and some drivers treat it like they're on an Indy 500 track. They have the best custard in Northeast Ohio!

I absolutely love this place! I enjoy it far more than traditional ice cream, and the unique flavors never fail to impress. I recently tried the Salted Chocolate Smash, and it was incredible!

The custard is absolutely amazing! I drove 40 minutes to pick up some quarts and pints for my dad. It never disappoints, and the customer service is fantastic as well!

To make matters worse, the portion size was abysmally small—definitely not worth the over $10 I spent. In fact, I’ve seen kids get larger servings elsewhere. When I pointed out that my order was wrong, the staff member responded with a less-than-helpful attitude. It felt like she was either overwhelmed or just tired. Instead of correcting the mistake properly and giving me back both cups, she tossed the vanilla cup in the trash and tried to salvage the other by adding the ingredients I requested. I was taken aback and upset. Not only did I end up being charged for two cups—despite one being her error—but I also didn’t receive a receipt for the order. It felt like I was taken advantage of, as I never got reimbursed for the cup she threw away. I would have happily kept whatever she mistakenly prepared instead of letting it go to waste—after all, it was my money on the line. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience. The service was poor, the quality of the food was lacking, and it just wasn’t a pleasant outing. I don’t think I’ll be returning. I've had much better experiences elsewhere.
