Stop by for a refreshing boost; the staff is very friendly!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and generally offers good service. The drinks are consistently excellent, and the staff is quite efficient. However, it wouldn't hurt for the employees to be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The green tea lemonade is amazing; I would gladly pay a premium for it! The ambiance is cozy, and the drinks are made to perfection. A big shout-out to all the wonderful employees!

We believe Caribou is the top choice among chain coffee shops. They offer a great selection of coffee, beverages, baked goods, and sandwiches. The prices are reasonable, and we've always had positive experiences there. The front counter staff and customer service in Northfield are outstanding. The store is kept very clean as well. Overall, it's always a delightful experience.

Beautiful, clean and friendly building and staff. $6.21 seemed too expensive for small black coffee and medium hot cocoa.
