Arby's - Northfield

I visited Arby's one evening around 7:30, and upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a cheerful greeting and a smile from the young manager, though I can't recall his name. We had a brief chat while waiting for my food, and I noticed how much fun he was having with the two other employees. He maintained a fun yet professional atmosphere, and it was clear that his team respected him. It’s refreshing to see such good management in a fast-food setting, especially at such a young age. I'll definitely be returning to that Arby's!
