Cindy Lou's Ice Cream Espresso

I ordered the fried haddock with French fries and coleslaw at this restaurant. It was cooked perfectly and not overly battered. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. They also offer free Wi-Fi, ice cream, and tasty hamburgers.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The ice cream scoops were small and expensive, and the fish and chips were not enjoyable. The staff seemed inexperienced and the food took a while to be served. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to others. It seems like there are ongoing issues that need to be addressed in order to improve the service and overall dining experience.

Really disappointing in quality, quantity, price, and service time. Felt like the manager wasn't so kind to the staff. The fries smelled and tasted horrible the deep fryer oil needed changing I'm guessing. We ordered a large and got a small quantity in a medium container. Ice cream is served in STYROFOAM! We also waited half an hour... for a single order of fries.

I ordered two hot dogs today and was asked to wait outside. 45 minutes later I was handed the 2 hot dogs. No apologies. No napkins. Left a good tip as well and only two customers ahead of me.

We did notice a bit of a delay in service as there was an elderly couple in front of us who seemed to be taking their time ordering and paying. The two servers seemed to be fully focused on assisting the elderly couple, which made the process a bit slow. However, once we finally got our ice cream, we were not disappointed. The chocolate peanut butter flavor had chunks of soft peanut butter mixed in, adding a nice salty kick that we enjoyed. I tried the black cherry flavor as well, which was good but didn't seem as organic as the chocolate peanut butter. The restroom entrance being outside of the building was a bit odd, but overall, the quality of the ice cream and coffee would bring us back. They also offer free wifi, which is a nice bonus.
