Restaurant WALDWERK - Northeim

Found the hotel on booking.com and did not know what would expect me. but very nice and good service. the food was completely in order, but relatiw high prices let the expectations rise. bean did not reach the level of daniel, but that is not easy either. but overall a good restaurant!

I think everyone on the menu of the restaurant - even if the number of dishes is quite small - finds something for its taste. the service is friendly and eating came quite fast. from that there are no deductions from mine. the prices are in the frame of a 4 star hotels ok. the restaurant is very destined for solemnities and business events. Here is certainly also the core competence of the hotel/restaurant. Conclusion: I would not drive extra for the restaurant into the hotel. there are certainly better culinary tempel in the region of northeim. for an evening meal after a stressful working day it is completely sufficient. no permanent impression, but good quality!

We were there for business and chose the menu from suppe, lammcarée and dessert. that was not bad in itself, but you are not getting tired of it. that lamm is expensive, is so understandable, but if there are actually 5 gnocchi next to it, then it will be narrow. we don't have to have it again in the price class.

For eating or going in a walk through the forest.In case of bad weather or when it is cold, you sit in it wide, quiet and in a beautiful setting. but the most beautiful one is sitting outside on the spacious terrace by the lake. Nice with children.Good kitchen, seasonal varied. but also a longdrink or cafe justify a visit.

The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and courteous and ready to extrajugate every time.
