Came on a Friday evening for a Christmas party. It was a private event. The staff was great. They really looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. They moved in and out of the crowd with ease and were helpful when my husband asked for a different beer than what they had. They kept everything clean and were so quick to clear the plates as we worked our way through the different courses. The noise level was perfect for this event. It was lively but not so loud that you couldn't carry a conversation. The parking was excellent. The bathrooms were clean. We bowled two games. Everything was working and we moved through our frames without any sluggishness from the system. It took a while for the pizza to come out and the selection was limited but what we had was so tasty. I wasn't overly impressed with the drinks. It was an open bar. I know some drinks were prepared in batches so a few were watered down from the melted ice. I would recommend this place as a good venue for a company event and if I lived closer I would come back again with my friends.
Good experience overall. I have been to better Pinstripes locations though.
Food was great, service was a little slow. Not sure if they had enough people in the bowling area.
The front desk rude. the workers at the bar made up for the man at the front desk. It’s a shame, really. I rarely write reviews unless I feel strongly. I don’t appreciate being treated that way, and while I thought it was an isolated experience the last few times we were there, it clearly is not. Not my idea of a lovely evening out. Insulting, no matter his tasty the food is.
