Dinner with friends and was disappointed at the menu options. When the food came it was overwhelmingly oily. Many dishes have bone-in meat which is not to my liking although I realise it is more traditional. You write your menu selection on a piece of...paper and then buzz for staff to collect when finished. I didn't like this impersonal set up of service.

I had lunch with friends and their two toddlers at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us, escorting us to our table and presenting the menu. The food was delicious, with dishes such as stir-fried noodles and seafood laksa. We also ordered chicken rice to share for the toddlers, who were very hungry. We were disappointed that our food came out before the children's order, resulting in a 15-minute wait for the chicken rice. Additionally, there were no drawing books or activities for the kids to keep them entertained while we waited. The restaurant closes early for lunch, with the last order being at 1:30 pm. Overall, the food was quite pricey.

The Laksa and Chicken Curry were both bland. I received my order before my husband, who had to wait an extra 10 minutes. When we asked for water, the waitress said it would be a couple of minutes as they were very busy. However, it didn't seem that busy as there was only one waitress standing around on her phone. After asking again for water, we finally received it.

This is so so so disappointing. I dont see the point of taking away a dish from the menu just because of the Covid-19. But everything has gone back to usual, business as usual. so i dont see why they cant cook a simple pan...mee soup. Came all the way to eat the pan mee soup, but got told that they are not doing that dish temporarily. so so disappointed as that is my favourite dish in pappa rich !!! PLEASE BRING THE DISH BACK ASAP !! thank you management.
