Pizza Hut - Northampton

Went with ten others for my grandchildren twins 18th. birthday. Never been before and not that keen on pisa so had the ribs with a sauce and french fries. Really great. Will go back. Liked the big range of salads for a starter. Nice place.

We were a huge party of 15 but were greeted well on arrival. There were a few hiccups due to a new chef but these were dealt with swiftly and with good customer service. Salad bar clean and plentiful. Staff are lovely and work very hard

Went here with family today, didnt book but seared me straight away. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Food was good within good time. I would say that the staff are lazy and I say this because, took 15min to come and take my order, a drunk was knocked over and staff had seen this and didnt help I had to fined blue roll myself and clean up myself no help whatsoever, a glass of dropped in the restaurant staff had seen this but only one member of staff had act on this there were no wet floor signs put down it was not blocked off kids were walking over Broken Glass. A member of staff tried arguing with another customer on the table next to me the customer was well within his right and was absolutely right about what it was on about. Non of the staff looked happy to be there. I will visit agen on a different day to see if it's any better. But I would say the staff need training or get new staff.

We visited this restaurant with a little ones and friends. They had the table ready for us however we had to have 2 tables as they haven’t got the space to hold 14 people. They had the table set with crayons and colouring for all the kids which was nice to see. We ordered the kids food from the kids menu of pizza’s, chicken chips and salad from the salad counter. We ordered a few different mains for all the adults. The salad bar was nice but only half filled. No tortilla crisps only crumbs left and very few croutons. The rest of it was filled out and we all enjoyed a nice bowl of salad. The waiters were helpful and patient while all the kids decided what they wanted to eat, and we all placed our orders. The food cane out nice and hot and everyone enjoyed their mains. Dessert was the ice cream station which the kids loved. It had a nice choice of sauces and sprinkles and kids enjoyed making their own sundaes.

Pizza Hut is what it is. We have 2 local to us and I always choose this one. The staff are friendly. They will cater all your requests. On the whole it's clean and tidy. We usually have a separate party for the birthday boy and friends. Ample parking.
