Domino's Pizza - Northampton

Ordered delivery, Meatilicious, more baseilicious, very poor on toppings also I ordered garlic dippers but garlic bread was sent, poor attention to detail, poor quality of Pizza.

I order a pizza and it takes a hour to come, then when my pizza finally arrives i’m so exsited and it tomato based when i ordered BBQ and stale cold. i called and like it says online how they are happy to sort the situation out he then said he can’t send me my correct pizza.fuming piece of ! : pizza, my boyfriend also took a bite out of it to confirm it was tomato which it was

Domino’s Kingsthorpe Most Saturday nights we order a Dominos. The service at this branch is getting worse and worse. Have witnessed customers waiting and when they chase their order they’re told it’s been given to another customer! Every single week customers all crow inside waiting to pick up orders and completely ignored. This week our chicken combo order came with 12 wedges and 5 regular and 2 tiny little chicken goujons. We were offered a replacement with drink or a £15 credit on next order but I’d rather have the proper order in the first place. Eating the garlic bread now, it’s missing cheese on one half which is basically just dough. I’m fed up of calling them back. The staff are spending so much time chatting and laughing no wonder the service is so bad.

If we could give less than a 1, I would. Ordered pizza for my son’s birthday treat on the app. Pizza never arrived, despite the tracker saying it was delivered almost 45 minutes after ordering. We called and couldn’t get through. When they finally answered we were promised delivery immediately. 40 minutes later, still no pizza and 2 hungry kids at 9:20pm. I called again and asked for a manager, which the lady said she was, although her English was so poor, she couldn’t understand what no was saying. She promised again that the food was being sent, but excused the shocking service saying it was busy!! We still have no pizza after 2.5 hours of waiting and no offer of a refund.

As customer service goes, this is the worst I have every experienced Hour and half later still no food called and spoke to the manager Callum who said , we have a shortage of drivers so not sure when you will receive your order!!! cant cancel or have any sort of compensation, just site and wait until it turns up!!!! incredible should have gone to Pizzahut......avoid at all cost!!!
