Costa - Northampton

I love Costa Coffee's laid-back atmosphere. It's my go-to spot to unwind and catch up on a book or work.

Nice little Costa coffee. Staff very polite and helpful, service very fast. Comfortable tables and chairs. Even though it was busy it was still comfortable. Tables cleared well. Nice outside chairs too. 10/10 for a Costa!

Arrogant behavior of the baristas,disrespectful and raising her arrogant voice when she asked if I wanted chocolate with my coffee: She's didn't say good morning, not even words like thank you and welcome! Shame on Costa, the staff is nice everywhere else! if it was open so early in the morning elsewhere, I won't go here,before I going to work . The staff is obviously not interested in customer service I gave this place a chance 3 times, but always the same behavior.. learn behave, we are in the Uk.. The croissant was not even a bit fresh:
