The restaurant is quite spacious and has a inviting lounge and bar area. The service is excellent and the food is okay, although not particularly outstanding or cheap. They have a good selection of wines, some available by the glass.

We booked the Holiday Inn for our team's Christmas dinner. Right from the start, Alex was very friendly and accommodating. Although we couldn't get the date we initially wanted, we were able to book a Wednesday afternoon the week before Christmas. As a team with members on different shifts, it can be challenging to coordinate, but Alex gave us extra time to collect payments, menu choices, and even accommodate additional child guests. The menu had a good selection that kept everyone happy, including our vegetarian colleagues. After pulling the crackers and exchanging gifts, the food arrived. Everyone was pleased with their choices, and any requests for extra gravy or drinks were promptly fulfilled. The only small downside was that the room was quiet during mealtime; some Christmas music or more decorations could have added to the festive atmosphere. Despite this minor issue, it's rare for a work Christmas party to satisfy everyone with the venue, menu options, and service, but the Holiday Inn managed to do just that.

We had to wait a long time to be seated, a long time for our drinks to arrive, and a long time to order our food. However, once we placed our order, the food arrived promptly and was delicious and well-cooked.
