La Veracruzana Mexican - Northampton

Reminded me of a Mexican food truck in Delaware but the options were incredibly huge. I was shocked at how many different dishes were available in such a small kitchen. Of course it took me a minute to decide what I wanted so I grabbed a seat at the bar (yes, the bar) and had a beer and appetizers until I could decide.

The vibe feels authentic and the food taste delicious. The staff is friendly, I just wish they will come to the table to take your order instead of self order at the counter... Order yourself a margarita, they make them just p e r f e c t!!!!

Top quality Mexican food, a huge selection and good portion sizes, margaritas and Mexican beer. Salsa bar with a number of types of salsa. One minor negative is that chips are not complementary, rather a $3.50 extra.

Closest I can come to the Southwestern mexican food in Arizona. Fantastic enchiladas with tomotillo sauce!
