Kfc - Northampton

Every time I order from this place, I get the wrong food. I called not to complain, only to let them know, and the manager did not seem to care. my orders were 12 times wrong.

Just sat in the drive through which is apparently still open for almost 10 minutes for nobody to take my order. Left and went to BK.

The order came out very quickly and the workers there were nice, but the quantity of food was heavily lacking compared to other kfcs and the tenders I ordered were getting getting cold. The soda from the fountain also tasted a bit off.

My experience at The Fast food restaurant is one of the worst yet I normally enjoy some Famous bowls and tacos but in this case the food was cold and I didn't like the fact that I called the restaurant like 12times and nobody answered the phone so then I called McDonald's to ask someone nicely to go knock on the drive thru window and tell them to answer the phone because apparently they aren't capable of that I work in a restaurant actually a diner but still I know how thing are supposed to work in the restaurants business very terrible service will not visit again

No one was at the register when I went in but an employee flag 1 down and that person was very niceVery friendly efficient staff.. But in these days they should wash the tables more carefully they were a little sticky. And why doesn't the company make a better rap for the tacos can't they use a better paper so all the juice doesn't go right through the paper and all over your fingers in the lap. A little wax paper or something it's ridiculous. Otherwise everything was OK.
