Dunkin' - Northampton

Stop here frequently...., and also the Dunkin located on Pleasant St..., Because I am aware the same owner runs both franchise locations.. I will include them both in this review..I've ordered jelly munchkins, and these are the worst I've ever had.. Feels like I ke chewing on a Ball of Dough..., that is powdered with sugar coating and a plop of jelly on the inside.. (NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THESE TO EAT MYSELF OR EVEN ORDER TO SERVE CHILDREN....., AS MATTER OF FACT I WOULDN'T EVEN ORDER THEM TO SERVE MY WORST ENEMY!!)THEY ARE GROSS...PS: I also need to note that in the past I have ordered a small cup of plan HOT water..., so that I could add my own bag of Tea and enjoy the cup of tea.. When ordering the cup of water, I am always ordering several other items.. , than add the cup if Hot water to my order..The Man who owns these 2 Franchise locations always insists on charging $0.75, which I feel as absolutely absurd. I could almost understand if the only thing I was ordering was just a cup of Hot water.. But, I always order a couple coffee's and a sandwich, then the cup of Hot water...Seriously Sir..., if you are trying to keep good relationships with your customers... Than drop the charge for a Cup of Hot water..I would really be interested in what corporate or even the regional office has to say about this. Or what their opinion would be on this matter..

This location is very nice when it comes to seating and being comfy while enjoying your coffee and pastries...

Only visited 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both times I noticed the same person on shift demonstrating what effort, and attention to the customer looks like. oh and she cooked my food exactly how I articulated it and was not just thrown inside the bag) Impressive. Thank you! I believe her name is jaira. If she it's not a shift leader yet or at least getting parralelle pay to her performance. Would gladly recruit her to our team.I had a picture of the meal to show how it was correctly cooked. The tastes the is so much better when it's cooked thoroughly and ND she understands that.

I visited the morning of 8/29 and they person who waited on me was so very friendly! I always love a Duncan, but it's even better when I have personable service. Thank you!

Is the first time Me and my son going into this dunkin just went to ordered our food drive thru one of the employee took our ordered with a nasty attitude like they having a hearing issues made my son to repeat the orders 3 time and said is that all kept repeating like if the costumer hasn 't finishing ordering the entire meals not letting him finished yet this place needs new team members taking they 're sweet time to top it all one of the sandwiches was wrong if they don 't like taking orders or don 't like what they 're doing then don 't work there that 's unacceptable the manager needs to hire great positive friendly staffs totally unprofessional poor costumer service beautiful place tho ?
