Tim Hortons - North York

It was worst experience. The whipped topping was melted, no light in men washroom and there were lots of bees on food.

Awful experience I ordered 3 beagles and every one I ordered is wrong and it is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been toI do not recommend going to this

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor and the employees are very rude. They act as if customers have no respect and can say whatever they want, even when it's their own mistake. It feels like you pay for your food and then just have to take whatever you get, without any regard for customer satisfaction. One employee, a tall guy with a dark complexion and slim build (likely Sri Lankan), treated me in a very disrespectful manner. The drive-through personnel, including an elderly Sri Lankan lady, are also careless and only seem interested in clearing the line quickly, rather than listening to customer requests properly. I have had multiple negative experiences and faced issues during my visits to this restaurant, which is why I am leaving this review.

The regular coffee is very It smelled bitter and burnt It wasn't old. I think it's because of the type of coffee. In any case, since I was far away, I went to another Half Horton and they gave me another one.
