There was this short south Asian girl at 4:20 pm today.Gave me half filled cup of ice cap, upon going back and asking if that was the normal quantity, took the SAME CUP, without ANY SINGLE REPLY. Barely filled it and gave it back .No thank you, no sorry. No reply at all.0 customer service, 0 basic etiquettes, 0 common sense obviously.If you do not like the job, stay home!

I asked them to give me my coffee in my reusable cup, and the workers were blanked and didn't know how to fill that. They told me it would contaminate my machine. COMEON YOU GUYS NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF. THE WORKER'S' name was AEILESH OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. PLEASE TIM HORTONS IF YOU BRING SOMETHING NEW PLEASE INCLUDE IT IN YOUR TRAINING
