Stopped in after reading the reviews online. We were greeted at the door by the owner and offered a table by the fireplace (which was great as there was a snowstorm outside )We enjoyed the food and talked with the owner for quite awhile and enjoyed his history. Relaxing atmosphere and good food with handcut fries that were done perfectly.

This restaurant offers American cookies, like a cower and famous machines like a Basta, good food and service.

My wife and I had an early dinner there mainly because of their generous 2 for 1 coupons in the Entertainment Book. The restaurant area is separated well from the large bar area, which has many TVs for sports events, so that it was quiet enough for us to comfortably talk. I had the pulled pork sandwich, which comes with cole slaw and fries. My wife had their seafood fettuccine. Both had generous portions and were enjoyable. Free parking was plentiful and their restrooms were clean and well-stocked. They had plenty of waitstaff and so service was quite good.

It was our first time in Toronto and I decided to search up something near by for supper and came across this gem! The name of the restaurant had us a bit uncertain of what to expect but we are so glad we went there! Upon arriving we realized it was a "sports bar" and figured the food would be low quality typical sports bar food but it wasn't at all. The waitresses were so quick and polite and attentive and the food was amazing!! I had a beef and noodle stir-fry with vegetables and it was so delicious and generously portioned. My boyfriend had steak fajita wraps that came out sizzling hot and that was also delicious. While we were there, we met up with a fellow Newfoundlander who is apparently a regular who ended up paying for our meal! the waitress even apologized for taking so long to bring us our bill because the lady wanted to pay for us and they wouldn't even take a tip from us. This place was awesome and I will for sure be back on my next visit!!!
