Maybe they wanted to try a different way of making the curry? I'm not sure but the curry fish balls I'm used to would be in a yellow green thickish sauce but theirs was a watery dark brown. A bit confused.. as it wasn't good at all lol BUTT the signature milk tea was a hit! So soooooo smooth and SILKY but fragrant.
Small store but the food and drinks are consistent with other locations. If this is your first time at Cuppa Tea, I highly recommend the milk tea. It comes in a cute, branded glass bottle fun to drink out of and reusable :
Service was good but the drink was not.The servers were nice and made the tea as soon as they had gotten my order. Faster than average boba places from my experience.I got the handmade taro milk tea with tapioca. About one third filled with ice, tapioca and some taro, and tea.The taro had the texture of a soggy cereal, tapioca tastes pretty much like any other boba place except it all stuck together and got stuck in the straw. I had drank about half of the cup and didn’t bother with the rest and threw it out.I would not recommend the taro milk tea but the fruit teas I would give a try if I were to visit again.
Totally love their milk tea. So authentic and also good value for money. You should try it!
Very nice and understanding service. But make sure you double check with cashier if you don 't want a particular ingredient. For example, their 'amber pearl milk tea ' has brown sugar in there, even though it 's neither mentioned in the name nor mentioned when I asked for 0% sugar. They were very nice though, replaced it with a different drink without additional charge after I complained.
