I found a fly in my food, so I threw it in the garbage. Total waste of $16 for a quarter of the meal.

Ever since the owner left to manage the second location, the quality of the restaurant has declined. Today, during the dinner rush at 7pm, they ran out of potatoes and informed customers that there would be none available for the rest of the day. Last week, they also ran out of chicken at 7pm. When you order Portuguese Chicken, it should always come with chicken, potatoes, and rice. To the new owner, please address this issue. I have been a loyal customer since you first opened and would hate to go elsewhere because your replacement cannot properly portion and prepare the food.

On another occasion, when we asked for extra hot sauce, the woman pretended to get some and simply put her hand in the bag. This experience, along with the previous one, left us extremely disappointed with the customer service. Having two bad experiences in a row was very upsetting.

Best favas around. Great BBQ chicken. Generous portions at great prices. We had their steak in mushroom sauce and 2 sides each for $15.00 each!!! It wasn't a big steak to be sure but, damn, it was very flavourful, tender and cooked to a medium so it wasn't overdone even sitting in the pan.The service was very efficient. It's not full service but what do you expect from a take out place? You order the food and drinks that you want, you sit down, you get some olives bread and butter (butter is too cold to spread) and then promptly you get your meal and your drinks delivered to your table. When you're done you get up and pay. Easy and unpretentious. If you're like me though, you get a whole bunch more food to take home and you surprise your better half with delicious chicken, favas, rice and Parisienne potatoes in well stuffed containers! All for what you'd pay for 1 person at most restaurants.As for what some are saying about the staff being rude? Absolutely NOT. Very pleasant and took the time to explain the ingredients in the dishes. I have been many times and I have never been disappointed with the service. Perhaps just walking in and flooding my nose with the awesome aromas of the food just puts a smile on my face!

Delicious food .good service and very reasonable prices
