Contribuiți la feedbackThis is a cozy, small, and locally-owned restaurant that I visited with a friend on a weekend evening. Neither of us are Colombian nor fluent in Spanish, so we initially felt a bit out of place. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, which we appreciated. We ordered empanadas, bandeja montañera paisa, and a delicious red-orange rice dish with seafood (whose name escapes me). The bandeja paisa was good but not exceptional compared to others I've had. The seafood rice dish, on the other hand, was outstanding and bursting with flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I would definitely return to try more dishes from their menu, particularly their seafood options.
This cozy Colombian cafe has the cozy feel of a family-run restaurant. Despite the staff being caught up in a football game, the food was incredible (I tried chicharron for the first time and will never go back to Canadian bacon) and the Coronas were delicious.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious.
I visited this place today and my experience was not the best. I ordered empanadas, chicharrón, chorizo, and coffee, but they didn't have even though ironically the restaurant is called Café las Americas, someone explain that to me. To be fair the empanadas are good however the chicharrón was miniature in size which doesn't justify the price, the chorizo was also very small, extremely salty and too greasy. I do not recommend this place at all!!
I visit here today for first time and tried the empanada and arepas. Great taste homemade food and two friendly ladies owners!
