Very bad service short hardened staff can not understand, English got the wrong suppe could not understand what I wanted on my bagel did not get my coffee bad experience all round will not stop to any bagel stop if it is the same

Reuben bagel was OK. Creole chicken gumbo was OK, quite spicy. Combos come with soup but no drink.

The employee working at this establishment was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked her to change her gloves due to concerns about cross-contamination, she refused despite my explanation. She claimed that she hadn't touched any meat all morning, but it's impossible to be sure of that with all the meat options available. When she still wouldn't comply, I had to inform her that I couldn't purchase the bagel under those circumstances. It's clear that if they continue to treat customers this way, they won't have much business in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, despite hearing others complain about the employees and owners. However, I was disappointed when I tried to buy 4 bagels at 11:30 a.m. and was refused because they were trying to save them for future lunch customers. This made me and the person I was with feel disheartened by the way we were treated.

The woman working at this restaurant is incredibly rude. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. When I asked her a question, she yelled at me in front of a crowd during lunchtime. It seemed like she only yelled at me, leading me to wonder if it was a discriminatory issue. When I asked her colleague politely for information, he told me he didn't know and walked away without turning back. The woman then insulted me and gestured for me to leave as if I were an animal. I went to another nearby bagel shop, and she didn't even remember me as a previous customer. Her behavior was disrespectful and she should be fired, as this is not the first time something like this has happened.
