Contribuiți la feedbackThis used to be one of our go to restaurants until they changed the menu. A lot of items were removed so I stopped going for awhile. Gave it another chance a couple of weeks ago and their menu is much better now. The hand rolls are still great and love the tempura still. I hope they bring back the mango ice cream though! Definitely a must in AYCEs.
Pretty good food with fast and friendly service. Expensive though. $115 for 4 people on Sunday night. Looking forward to visiting it again soon.
Best Japanese Buffet ever. Enjoyable atmosphere, fresh tasty food, good service. Highly recommend. Didn't disappoint on every single dishes. Try their dessert, best dessert for buffet.
Yamamoto is a AYCE Japanese restaurant amongst the many in City. Situated in Scarborough this restaurant delivers all one seeks for in an all you can eat Japanese haunt!<br/ <br/ There are your standard rolls, sushi, and sashimi. Many cooked food varieties, snacks and the list goes on. One of the stigmas of AYCE Japanese places is lacking in the quality relam when it comes to the ! and for that reason I have to commend them for having impressively fresh sashimi and the variety I must say is quite an abundance. As on the menu, you are able to find wild herb salmon belly, fresh scallops and beef tataki. All are fresh and tasty I must say!<br/ <br/ In the cooked food area, there are other unique delights. There are items such as grilled chicken cartilage and snacks such as grilled Japanese squid balls (takoyaki) and even a twist from your standard miso soup as fish soup is found there. I really enjoyed the variety found at Yamamoto. I also quite fancy their very unique dessert selections as well. The ginger steamed milk and creme brulee are my absolute favorites. I really adored these items at Yamamoto as these items are not typically found in other AYCE places. If you want to find a nice place for a gathering or just crave Japanese food and want a twist from the standard AYCE Japanese places, I recommend Yamamoto to tickle your taste buds!
...I hadn’t been to Briddlewood Mall in a long time so I was pretty amazed that they had a few restaurants inside now. We ended up going to Yamamoto Japanese Cuisine on a whim because it was really close to her house. The place is huge and it’s different from all other sushi All You Can Eat restaurants because their menu offers a large variety of unique dishes. For example, their dessert menu doesn’t just have the plain old ice cream and fried banana option, there were like 4 different kinds of mouses, Crème Brulee, etc. …Just a little disclaimer though, all the deserts sucked except for maybe the Mango Yogurt and I have to say the Crème Brûlée ...that was exceptionally good. They also have over 40 different types of sushi and 30 varieties of rolls and hand rolls to choose from.
