Good food and services in general. Reasonable price. Just that after I made the order online, it did not indicate whether my order had been confirmed or not. I had to call Urban Thai to find out if my order had been confirmed. It might have been easier just to make the order by phone. Thank you.

Your online ording system is really not very good. It warns you to wait for notification that my order has been accepted. No notice arrived, however I went to you outlet and someone contacted someone in the “office” and confirmed that the order had been received, paid for and they started cooking it. I received notification that my order had been received, WHILE i was waiting for the kitchen to produce it. Some work needs to be done on that ordering system.
