Contribuiți la feedbackI usually don 't expect much from customer service at a fast food joint but I was taken aback by how little the staff cared.I went to pick up a mobile order today around 2:30pm. Brown haired girl with glasses working the mobile pick up counter knocks over my drink, spilling it, but picks it up and proceeds to hand it to me with coffee dripping down the sides. Only when she saw that I paused to reach for it did she say 'do you want me to replace that? '. I didn 't have time for her to replace it but it would 've been decent courtesy to clean up the coffee from the sides of the cup. I had to ask for where the tissues were to clean it myself. There was a male coworker just standing beside her with his jaw hanging.
Go too this Tim's every morning to set and relax and have my coffee. Nice spot, clean.But lot people just hang there for y5, and buy nothing, so lots time hard fine place sit, it always full in there.
Around 12:40 pm, I bought a sausage farmer wrap, I was the order 360, when I was eating it, the hash brown was hard like a plastic, was disgusting and I had to throw it out, I paid for that and I received garbage, I know that the hash brown has to be in the trade just 2 hours and I don’t know how long was it there to become in that way, I couldn’t complain at that moment because I was inside the queen park station and the train was coming, If I could I would give them zero here
So if you're here for lunch it's usually incredibly busy, but you'll eventually get served.. However, come here for breakfast and find out they DO NOT serve the outmeal here, and since their eggs make my stomach sick (only place this happens) they have no real early options for me. On-top of that disappointment, the tables are disgusting and filthy. It's saving grace is it's big and spread out so you can somewhat get your own space.
I had a horrible experience due to a new cashier today. At 9 am, I was waiting for my order but the cashier was so negligent that after 5 minutes he sent another colleague to let me know that the payment did not go through. He could've told me RIGHT AWAY instead of wasting my time when I had to go to work.At the time of placing the order, not only does he delays in taking my payment but is also rectifying a previous order with his colleague who is at the back. His pace of taking the order is just like a sloth! I do not intend to be rude and I also understand how busy the mornings are. But this is not professional! I was disappointed by the service and left empty-handed.
