Putian Lor Mee Pú Tián Lǔ Miàn

Putian lor mee with pork ribs: soup tasty, large portion of tender, tasty pork ribs. Soup noodles could be separated with this preparation, making it better suited to takeout than the Jiangkou style

Deep fried pork good: tasty, moist crispy (half portion is pictured: we had half at the time the other half half-cooked to fry at home). Good vinegar-garlic sauce (we chose the non spicy sauce).

Xinqiaotou pork soup with rice vermicelli ok: soup thinner lighter, had pork bits: a bit strange (kinda chewy: maybe heavily coated with a translucent batter). Jiangkou Lor Mee tastier better.

Putian Lor Mee in Jiangkou's Style excellent. Thick soup full of seafood flavour, lots of various ingredients eg octopus, dried scallop, mushroom. Nice smoky wok flavour though dish not exactly fried.
