Monkey Sushi - North York Industiral

Ordered takeout from here, and honestly, I don’t know monkey sushi is consistently rated low on Yelp. From the sushi joints I’ve tried in Toronto so far, albeit not many, this is my go to. For the perfect balance of bang and buck, with their Uber specials, you honestly can’t go wrong.I ordered take out but the aburi salmon is so tasty, same with the salmon sashimi, and the salmon avocado roll.Not sure this is a popular opinion, but I do love this place!

Used to be a good value, but their prices have continually gone up the last two years, with no end in site. They've gone up about 40% on their party trays, and the amount of fish used has gone down.

I ordered Red dragon role on Uber Eats. In all other places it always comes with a salmon on top, but here they put tuna on the top of the rolls. I can’t stand tune, so had to throw my order into the garbage bin. They didn’t put any description that it supposed to come with tuna. Also the delivery guy told me that he was waiting a long time for the order that’s why he delivered the ordered only in 1 hour 30 minutes

Neat tables and average prices. Not a lot of veggie options

I used to order all the time from this restaurant, but my last order was HORRIBLE! The miso soup was clearly gone bad, as it did not taste right. I called the store and the girl who picked up said there is nothing she could do.
