Contribuiți la feedbackThe one lady in the drive through in the morning is supper nice, she is so pleasant that its a good start to my day. The young girl that is there sometimes not so nice, no patience and no customer service skills.
Drive thru was long, no worries, I don't mind going inside. Used the Kiosk to order with ease. Wait time was short. However, no greeting and thank you. I understand they were extremely busy, seemed like my business was undervalued.
Believe me. I would not be caught dead getting anything from McDonald's unless you're talking about a stomach virus. My friend wanted to come, so I drove them.Yes, the place still smells of shady business and food practices.
Friendly, polite staff, doing a great job in handling a very busy lunch crowd. They should be rewarded with many perks and incentives for their lack of reasonable wages.
Whichever manager was in at ~8:25pm on August 20 is absolutely useless. Went through the drive through to order 3 large drinks. 3 different codes at the drive through apparently had offers already redeemed yet the dollar drink days don’t have a redemption limit in the app (haven’t used it in like a month anyways)Rather then honouring the price the manager tells us “only one drink per code” yet that wasn’t even the issue; I knew it was a lie too because when you redeem on the machine it gives you the option to get up to like 10 drinks or something like that.Manager insisted nothing was wrong on her side so we ended up going in store to redeem cause we felt bad for people behind us. No problem at the machine and the manager gives me a funny face when I go to the counter with 1 receipt that had 3 drinks on it. No “sorry for the inconvenience“ or anything; just gives me the cups with a blank stare on her face like she was in disbelief that there was more than 1 drink on the receiptThe girl at the first window deserves commendation though, she tried her best and let us try various codes before calling her manager over even though her line was getting backed up. As someone who works retail I know what it’s like to work under trash management and I want her to know that we appreciate you trying your best to resolve the issue.
