The staff girl Vivian is very beautiful and her service is first-rate. She is always there as soon as she presses the bell and chats with customers. Her warm heart can be felt in every drink she makes. She warms my heart in the cold winter in Toronto

We went to order by 9pm, and there was no mango, and no black tea. I had to go to another place for getting good bubble tea.

Loved their creme brulee and choco brulee black milk teas!

Twenty minutes wait for a bubble tea drink when there is only few customers and three staffs working. The sushi takeout place finished our entire tasting menu box order quicker than this place finishing a drink. Drink taste good but def not worth 20 minutes

Waited 25 mins for someone to take our order then make it because there was only one person working...please staff your
