Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant experience was dreadful from a lack of greeting and poor service to errors in orders, extensive wait times, and an unpleasant attitude. The overall quality of the food was average at best. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Beware of their so called free appetizer for reviews scheme; given the abysmal service, it 's highly likely that many positive reviews are fabricated to mask the truly terrible dining experience.
My friend and I had the worst experience. When we entered, there was no one to greet us and guide us to a table. He gave us the menu (looked like the owner) and left us at the table for 20 mins. We tried to call out to them, waved our hand but they deliberately ignored us while talking loudly with each other. Finally came up to us to take our order, I asked if we had to go up to the counter to order but he had an attitude and told us it’s a ‘restaurant’ so he would come up to our table every ‘5 mins’. Tried to take our order in a hurry, didn’t even let us finish ordering before he tried to leave. We got the yogurt shakes and he got my order wrong even though he confirmed our orders twice. He then told me it would take 20 mins to make my right order. A few minutes later a guy came in, ordered the yogurt and got it in 5 mins. They were super stingy with the side dishes. The food was average. He forgot to bring our gyoza and we had to remind him. Gave us an attitude the whole time.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Great location in the middle of Chinatown. Wonderful and on point service. Sweet pork bone was delicious. The gyoza was delicious and a great starter. The portion was great. This is a great Korean fix in Chinatown.
