I'd bring a couple of important-looking people if I ever wanted good service, to be completely honest. After a hiatus of a couple of years going to this location, the current restaurant seems to have cranked it up a notch in the quality of food. Everything was delivered as advertised with steaming hot dim sum along with a couple of other entree orders that hit the spot including salt shrimp, so crunchy good with those salty shells and eyeballs looking back at me as they didn't stand a chance. The noodle dish was also competently executed. The tofu dim sum was perky and delicious. They serve wine and beer and the next table had a bottle of wine at their table, hmmm an interesting concept. Service was attentive and get this: they take credit cards !
Visited this place and ordered their chicken cartridge, pork neck, spare ribs, and lamb chops. Cartridge was amazingly crispy even though we generally avoid fried food. The neck tastes like port hock, yummy but not much surprise. The ribs tasted good even though we remember it tasting better last time. The lamb chops took too long to arrive and we ended up packing the dish home. Lamb is supposedly one of their signature dishes. Pretty good price for the lamb chops compared to what you can get at Canadian restaurants. The meal came with free soup and dessert. We especially love this place due to no MSG and low sodium. Price is pretty reasonable and choices are plenty. Will be back!
