Freshii - North York Industiral

Twice now, I have placed an online order with this location and have arrived at the stated pickup time to find they haven't started on the order. On top of that, both times the staff have let me know they don't have the required ingredients in stock (no rice! . I feel for the staff there is usually one person working on their own who is trying to balance order prep. It appears this location suffers from poor planning and logistics, with insufficient staffing, unfulfilled orders, and missing ingredients/supplies. I won't be back.

I love Freshii but this location has lacked service and proper supply of ingredients. I’ve been here countless times where they don’t have what they need to make my favourite bowl. And I showed up today with the store open but no one was present to take my order. I spoke up but no one showed themselves. Very strange and becoming a continuously bad experience. :

I went there today but and asked for tropical mango and freshii green smothie. But they dont even have pineapple, banana and avacado for smoothie. Then why is the store open?This is not first time, 3-4 days back same happened.They should atleast have the stock.

You should probably know that it is 6:38pm and your employees have closed your store. :

No soup! Apparently, it's not a big seller so they have decided not to serve it. My bamboo bowl had no green curry sauce on it. No lids for their smoothies either. No spoons or knives either.The staff were apologetic and did substitute some items for the bowl.
