Been coming here for years and it's always been great. The value for money is definitely there, with big portion sizes and the staff always filling up the burrito. You get a good amount of protein and guac is included with the price. I have had three horrible experiences at this location. Three times the food has been ready 20 mins after the Rital app said it was ready to pick up. Last time they got 3 of 4 items in my order wrong. Fish tacos where one piece of shriveled fish cut up between three tacos. Every time I ask why their pick up time is wrong they shrug say the store was busy. Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The store itself is fine but I ordered two burritos with very few modifications and what I got was a burrito with rice, noddles, chicken, hot sauce, one of the two beans I ordered (if that it was hard to tell if I even got refried beans). So I went to get a refund as it’s not what I ordered (I also added jalapeños, crunchies, burrito sauce, and both beans) and they made it so I can’t actually get a full refund for the burrito, I only get $5 back this is completely ridiculous and I’m not going to spend 45 min on call with Uber to fix it.
