Diggies - NORTH WOLLONGONG

They served us as a “Nourish Bowl” with chickens that had gone away significantly. when we pointed out, they offered us to make another one with the same rotten hen. when we rejected and asked to take it out of the bill, they refused, but they gave us a discount of $2,80. at least they have a beautiful view of their food poisoning.

Service very slow and our server seemed to suffer from numerous store waste. as an example you had to ask three times for water for the table and at the end a few of a nearby table. too few in a busy time. eating took...aged. good quality.

I'm not one who can usually write an evaluation, either good or bad, but my experience yesterday at diggies has disgusted me and left me horror, and I think they should all know. first was a coworker (for 't catch their names, and not sure if permitted by law. to give description) so rude that they thought they were sitting in the karens caffe. to give them the context, we had asked if we could change tables, because the table we were was extremely windy – the serviettes with knives and fork broke away, and when the blind were broken, they could not be brought down to stop the wind. to which the not so nice employee replied, they think, extremely rude to my mother no. and went to Slam menus on the table and stomp past. why could not have said no to take his or his reserved. it would have had the same effect, but more political. to speak with my mother or a mother/person in the did, how sun-soluble disgusting, no maniac, no respect, and in my eyes quite frankly absolute trash. secondly, wait for eating! we probably spent a good hour waiting for our meals, but I tell them that it was not something extravagant that we had ordered. only their good old fish and chips and huh and mushroom pots. we had originally ordered the barramundi, who was a small fancier, but they were out. our replacement fish and chips came out later than our other meal times, although we were told quite early in our waiting period that there was no barramundi. and thirdly, eating was absolutely disgusting and tasteless chicken pot cake, bland like boiled chicken. fish and chips were extremely cooked. the only thing that was somewhat decent on our table was the aioli that was served with our chips (preferably bought). the entire presentation of diggies was also under standard, the tables were crumbling and were unstable, slightly moved drinks flying. my milkshake was brought to me in the mixer that it was made with a straw that sank into the large steel glass. absolutely disgusting. will never go to diggies again and you shouldn't. I understand that the weather cannot be controlled, but the customer service can.

After a series of years my last two participants were so bad I won't be back. the staff was rude and the service was inappropriately long, and even the question of when the meal could arrive led to testify that the problem was mine. after these insurances the periods of delivery were missed. so rude and unreliable service seems normal and approved by management.

Our lunch meals were extremely slow and eventually never arrived . Waiters displayed very bad attitude. After 1 hour, we ended up walking out before meals arrived.
