The restaurant owner is amazing - he works incredibly hard! He greeted me at the door and even brought me drinks and snacks.

The owner of the restaurant is really chill and laid-back.
The owner is pleasant and the store is always clean. The food is fresh and the veggies are never soggy. The sandwiches always come out looking beautiful and they taste good too. Best Subway around.
