Trio North Wildwood

We had our first visit to Trio and we’re so glad we did! Chef Gus serves up amazing food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and being able to bring our own drinks is a huge plus for us! The Scallop Roll was a first for us and it did not disappoint; the fried scallops were delicious and paired perfectly with the lovely slaw. The Steak au Poivre was flavorful and cooked to perfection. However, the standout dish for us was the LBVP meatloaf—WOW! It was packed with layers of spice and flavor but remained light and not overly dense, which is often the case with meatloaf. The subtle presence of lamb in the dish was a great addition. It was truly a magical experience. We can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu!

We ordered a variety of small plates to share. The tomato basil soup was served hot and flavorful, while the cucumber Caesar salad was an interesting twist that we enjoyed. The wings, coated in a delicious Asian sauce, were crispy and very tasty. We also shared a flatbread topped with red sauce and cheese, and the crust was perfectly crispy. I couldn’t resist trying the mussels and clams as well, which were simply delightful. Although I’m not a professional food critic, everything we tried was genuinely enjoyable. The service was excellent; our server Ashley was very attentive, and the owner, Debbie, stopped by multiple times to check on us. We relaxed, enjoyed our food and drinks, and left feeling satisfied. The prices were fair, and I highly recommend Trio! Have a great day!

As soon as I walked into Trio I got a warm welcoming feeling. Love the open kitchen and indoor dining space. Apps were fantastic. We shared calamari and flatbread. Excellent. Menu items and sides were great. It’s byob with proper staff service. Not a huge menu but freshness and precise preparation and execution is achieved. I’m going back to Trio, it’s a nice place that pays attention to details in NWW.

A perfect meal and atmosphere. We dined with a group of friends and all were pleased with their food. The food and presentation were delightful. We shared several delicious appetizers . I had their delicious crab and shrimp cakes, fired roasted corn and potatoes and my husband had the best glazed pork chop he has ever had. The tuna special was also a big hit with a friend. You can choose from a big plate or small plate meals. There is definitely something for everyone at this restaurant We usually go to Cape May for our meals and now our top choice is Trio in North Wildwood. This restaurant is BYO.
